Full leather with gold lettering and gilt edges, satin placeholder ribbon, silk endpapers and original frontispiece painting. Also laid in is the Certificate of Authenticity which is signed and dated October 14, 2002 by Haldeman, his wife Mary and Roy Pfeil the publisher.
