First Edition, Hardcover, Fine, Fine. Book. Kidd, Chip

Not a book club, remainder or ex-library copy. Signed by Koontz on a special tipped-in sheet. A tipped-in sheet is an extra page added by the publisher, usually between the half-title page and the endpapers. The publisher will send a certain number of blank sheets to the author, the author signs the sheets (i.e. pages) and sends them back to the publisher who binds them into the book during the publication process. So, this copy of signed prior to publication by Koontz. A very nice collectible copy. A reporter investigates the fatal plane disaster where a survivor walks away, contrary to the official story that there were no crash survivors.
