A clean copy without price clipping and rare to find in fine condition. Not a remainder nor ex-library copy. A wonderful copy featuring the outstanding full color, wrap-around jacket illustration by Josh Kirby. The second Discworld novel, preceded by The Colour of Magic. Doubleday's Science Fiction Book Club became the US distributor and all the Discworld hardcovers in the US were first published as Book Club editions starting with Colour of Magic (Discworld #1) through Witches Abroad (#12). After, all hardcovers were published in the US by HarperCollins. An iconic book.
