One very small (1.0 cm in length) closed jacket tear on top edge of spine panel at hinge with faint crinkling at top and bottom corners of same, else a fine copy in near fine jacket. A tight, square copy without price-clipping. Part of Saberhagen's Dracula Sequence series, a re-telling of the Dracula myth from the perspective of Dracula, who's actually the good guy framed by a fanatical Van Helsing and others. The first novel in the series, The Dracula Tape is described as a "clever, ironic, humorous, touching pastiche." - Barron (ed), Horror Literature *4-258.

Heavy jacket crinkling at head of spine and upper tips with one small, triangular shaped tear-out at front corner of spine panel. Some jacket creasing along top edge on rear panel. Aside from these defects a clean, square copy without clipping or the usual previous owner's marks. Wonderful full color, wrap-around jacket with black and white interior illustrations by Ron Miller. Award History: 1983 Locus Poll Award Nominee (lost to Foundation's Edge by Isaac Asimov).
