One very small (0.5 cm in length) closed tear at top edge of rear jacket panel. A single 3 inch closed tear running diagonally upward from the lower tip up towards the center of the jacket which was "repaired" by a previous owner with scotch tape. Other than these jacket defects the book itself is clean, square and without previous owner's marks. Wonderful copy to marry to a pristine jacket. The defective copies were exchanged for copies of the second printing (really the 2nd edition) which corrected all the errors. SF novel set in a dark, harrowing 21st century.
